Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Costs
All orders are sent via Aus Post using standard shipping. Shipping is free for orders over $45 and standard flat rate of $9.95 applies for all orders under $45. Shipping costs are applied at checkout.

Delivery Time
Typically, deliveries within metro areas take 2-5 business days, while regional areas may take up to 7-10 business days. Please note that unforeseen delays with the carrier may occur.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the Australia Post website or app.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and provide your order number so we can assist you promptly.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including perishable goods, earrings, personalised items, and items marked as final sale.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or product fault. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and meets our return eligibility policy, we will notify you and the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us with your order number promptly.
